When submitting a support request, please make sure to provide as much detail as possible, including but not limited to: error messages, actions you have already taken to try to solve the problem by yourself and, if applicable, screenshots that help visualising what you are experiencing.
Our Community Support team is available from 9am - 6pm on weekdays and we aim to respond to all enquiries within the same day.
