There is no fee for buyers to purchase shares on the Secondary Market. The seller will be charged our nominee administration fee on any profit that they make in the event that their share lot is sold. The fee charged is in accordance with the “Administration Fee” section of the Investment Agreement entered into when the seller made his or her investment (Investment Agreements can be found in the seller’s Investment Account). If the seller does not make a profit, then there will be no nominee administration fee charged.
